Customer Care Manager (f/m/d)

What you are going to do
  • Support customers via different channels (E-mail, App Store reviews, chat) and create a best-in-class customer experience
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues skilfully, to ensure our customers feel heard, understood and followed up
  • Take care of customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
  • Educate and empower customers to become engaged users
  • Act as an interface between customers and internal departments and contribute to an exchange of experience and knowledge
What we are looking for
  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer service-related position
  • Experience in offering best-in-class customer experiences in the field of financial services is preferred
  • Capability and sensitiveness to evaluate, troubleshoot and follow-up on customer issues
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of customer behaviour as well as the ability to translate this into customer service processes
  • Empathetic, friendly and service-oriented personality with hands-on mentality
  • Native German with high-level grammar and orthography skills is required
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Solid MS-Office skills
  • Good knowledge of common help desk/ticketing solutions (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, …) are a plus
